so you purchase the app and then they want you to purchase the recipes separately?! why not just charge one fee for the entire content?! disappointed!

Not worth the money. Regret I bought.

Dont waste money on this app! Worthless...I would give a minus 5 star.... TERRIBLE!!!!

Has 50+ meals and definitely recommended for those starting the keto diet.

I purchased the iPad version and bought the extra recipe packs. When it came time to go to the supermarket to buy ingredients I installed the iPhone app (paying again) and now it looks like the recipes I purchased cant be restored. Its also not possible to copy and paste or email a shopping list - just print. Fixing one of those things would make it much more useful as an app.

Love it! Excellent app for all you need to do KETO for life. Easy real food recipes that are delicious and quick to make. You Will finally lose that unwanted weight.

This is a great app. Everything you want in software and more. Not only can you find recipes, a program to help you record your food and calculate the necessary values, but you can also read the science behind the diet. There are links to other books and where you can get more information. They are always updating the program and are very receptive to suggestions.

Where can I get the full app?

The only thing this app gives you is some low carb recipes.. Which look like good ones, but I was hoping for more focus on the basics and facts of a keto-diet. Then you only have access to some recipes and have to pay another 99 cents for more recipes.

Theres some good recipes, a good calculator and it has some promise. I dont like having a separate app for my iPad and iPhone. And having to buy more recipes is a pain. Its a good resource for living a keto-adapted life. Needs some word IMO.

I like the pics and recipe breakdowns, would like more info on macros and a calculator for them. But over all a nice addition for a keto beginner

The recipes are great... Ingredients and aut-updating macro-nutrient details... Easy steps and photos, too... But for me the superb information on all things Keto is where the true value is... Blog board, articles from professionals and fellow Ketonians alike! Between this app and MyFitnessPal, gaining knowledge and keeping your Keto goals on track is a breeze!

The basic is basically their website but you paid for it. Dont buy it.

Ive been keto adapted for a while, so I had plenty of great recipes already. Yet KetoDiet has become my favorite go-to app for best recipes; beautifully presented and easy to read and follow. Their full iPad version is best, yet I find I use this simpler iPhone app even more often because its closer to hand. Each recipe includes check boxes for optional ingredients and adapts nutritional info accordingly. Each recipe ingredient also includes a check box that can be checked to generate a shopping list. I only wish theyd integrate with Lose It!

This app has it all. I was expecting a very basic app with info but this is nothing short of incredible. If you are looking for something to guide you every step of the way on your ketogenic journey, dont hesitate to buy this app! It is the best one out there--customization, progress reports, charts, food diary, murmurs and recipes...I love this app!!!!

I didnt know that you had to pay again to "unlock" more recipes.

I’m new to the keto diet and this app has been great for helping me figure out what to eat. Delicious recipes, beautiful pictures, and well-researched information. Highly recommend!

I like this app, I am have trouble linking the phone version to the iPad version but it has some great tools. I wish it had more commonly used foods. I seem to have to add a lot of items as "custom".
